Refund and Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that has been opened and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
You need to send us a video clip and detailed photos of the item. If the problem can not be resolved via WhatsApp or Email, you will need to return the item to us. Either by personally returning it or a courier can be arranged but will be for your own account at first. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the case of Refund or exchange approval, your courier fee will be refunded and the new item sent to you on our account or the Refund processed and paid to you via EFT within 5 business days. An item will only be refunded if stock is no longer available. In the case of an item being inspected and we find that the item is indeed in working order and was used incorrectly by the customer you will however have to collect the item or again a courier can be book that will be for your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at darlene.vanwyk@gmail.com and we will provide the return address.
